Policy for Consultation Booking, Rescheduling, and Cancellation To ensure a smooth and professional experience, please review the following policy for booking, rescheduling, and canceling consultations: Booking Rules: 1. Advance Booking Required: Consultations must be scheduled at least one day in advance. Same-day bookings are not permitted to ensure proper preparation and alignment with your needs. 2. Confirmation: A booking is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation email or message from me. Rescheduling Policy: 1. Notice Required: Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled consultation. 2. One Reschedule Limit: Clients are allowed to reschedule their consultation once. Further changes will require a new booking. Cancellation Policy: 1. Cancellation Notice: If you need to cancel your consultation, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. 2. No-Shows: Failure to attend your scheduled consultation without prior notice will result in the session being marked as a no-show. 3. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may result in your slot being forfeited, and rebooking may be subject to availability. Additional Guidelines: 1. Timeliness: Please join the consultation on time. If you are more than 10 minutes late, the session may be shortened or canceled at my discretion. 2. Respect for Limited Availability: As I work with a limited number of clients, it’s important to honour the time set aside for your consultation to maximise its value. 3. Technical Issues: For remote consultations, please ensure you have a stable internet connection. In the event of technical difficulties, contact me immediately to reschedule if needed.
